In 1993, Leo Zupan looked at the real estate marketing landscape and saw the same thing agents still see today: generic, expensive, and ineffective marketing that puts the burden on the agent to figure it all out.
He built Discover Publications to solve that. A done-for-you publication that handles everything — writing, design, printing, postage — so agents could focus on what they actually do: close deals and serve clients.
Thirty-plus years later, we're still a family business. Still in Columbus, Ohio. Still obsessed with one thing: growing your business. We've delivered over 78 million publications, served WSJ 400 agents, KW Mega-Agents, and RE/MAX Platinums from coast to coast.
